April 5, 2018 - By the end of this month, the vast majority of credit card purchases will no longer require you to sign them. That's because most credit cards now include Chip and PIN technology. While most consumers will not miss having the sign their name every time they make a purchase, it is worth noting that American credit card companies haven't implemented the newer Chip and PIN technology properly. Because of this, Americans aren't protected from fraud in the same way that Europeans are.
