How long are inquiries reported? PDF Print E-mail

April 26, 2005 - When ever your credit file is pulled, the inquiry is reported.  However, creditors that merely pull your credit score are not reported.

They remain on your credit report for 2 years, if the inquiry was for the purposes of employment.

For any other purpose, 1 year.
