National CRA\'s

CRA's (Consumer Reporting Agencies) are controlled and governed by the FCRA.

CRA's are not just limited to the Big Three Credit Bureaus. They are any agency that compiles AND reports consumer data.

As we find them, we will list them here for you.

Effective December of 2004, the law gives you the ability to get a FREE annual report from these agencies. Please feel free to print out this page.

While their website DOES NOT make it easy to find where to order your "Free" report, when possible, we have included their mailing address and phone number.

Please let us know if you learn of another company or if you should find that the information on our list is outdated. These businesses tend to change PO Boxes frequently.

	ChexSystems The ChexSystems is a division of Deluxe Check's. Also marketed under the name of SCAN. They gather information from their check printing division, as well as from banks throughout the U.S. They maintain a list of checkwriters ALONG WITH YOUR SSN. 	ChoiceTrust ChoiceTrust, a division of ChoicePoint, gathers information related to your tenant history as well as other information regarding your background. You must call within certain hours, to order your tenant report.	1793

	National Consumer Telecom & Utilities Exchange, Inc. This is essentially a blacklist of individuals that failed to pay their telephone or utilities. Associated with Equifax.
